The Hive Food Bank is a member of the Independent Food Aid Network, which has a vision of ‘a country without the need for emergency food aid’. We offer friendly support to anyone who comes to us for help. We champion the generosity, compassion, and commitment of all those who contribute to our work. However, we stand firm in the belief that food banks should not exist. The service we provide is not a long-term solution to the complex issue of food poverty, and we align with those seeking a better, more sustainable solution.
