Our referrers are organisations and individuals within the local community who can help us identify those in need of the food bank. To find out more about what we do, please click here.
Due to overwhelming demand we regret that we are currently not taking on any new referral organisations.
If you are already signed up as one of our referring organisations, please be aware that we are solely a distribution centre and cannot organise deliveries for you. Your clients can send proxy collectors to us, but this needs to be organised via you and you need to let us know in your referral that this is happening.
Due to high demand, our sessions have to run on a first-come-first-served basis and may require queueing. If you are referring a client who may find it difficult to wait in the queue, please consider arranging for someone to collect on their behalf. We cannot put parcels aside for specific households, as our supplies are limited.
