The Hive was started in 2015 and is run by four friends with a shared interest in volunteering and strong ties to North London.
Kim is a project manager and part-time student with a background in law and publishing. She has significant experience of working with charitable organisations, and has committed many hours to volunteering and fundraising for initiatives including The Hive Food Bank.
Natalie is a banking solicitor working in the City of London, who also advises pro bono clients on various charity law issues. She has extensive experience working with charities, including taking on leadership positions in Girlguiding and undertaking volunteering projects for environmental charities.
Bryony works in marketing and communications at a health charity and has a background in the law and publishing. She has previously volunteered on night shifts at a homeless shelter, on an employment rights line and as a McKenzie friend assisting unaccompanied individuals in court.
Laurelle is a Senior Fundraising Manager at St Mungo’s, leading on community, events and regional fundraising. She has over 10 years experience in the charity sector with a breadth of knowledge in project management and charitable income generation. She is also a member of the Institute of Fundraising’s Community Fundraising Committee, advising on equality, diversity and inclusion.
